Amy Stockwell talks the options available for women & men in abusive situations.
UC Department of Justice defines domestic violence as a pattern of abusive behavior in any relationship that is used by one partner to gain or maintain control over another intimate partner. Domestic violence is the leading cause of injury to women in the United States. Today we continue to explore one of the resources that’s here in our community to help women, and men for that matter, get out of difficult situations. It is the Upper Cumberland Family Justice Center. Its Director is Amy Stockwell.
